“I found the course beneficial to my role particularly at a time when I had the responsibility of putting in place a new vision for my team. The various models that were explored were really useful in developing self-awareness and as a starting point. I have developed in confidence, evident in how I can now engage with difficult conversations in addressing key issues.” Dennis Mlambo, Therapy Lead, Five Acre Wood School
