Educational Excellence for Everyone

Developing Teachers to meet the needs of vulnerable learners. This one-day event, a collaboration between the National Education Trust and the Teacher Development Trust, is aimed at teachers, school leaders, SENCOs, Pupil Premium Champions and anyone with an interest in maximising the impact of education on those at risk of lower attainment.

Creating a Climate for Learning: a Conference for Pastoral Leaders 2017

After its success earlier this year as one of our newest events, this invaluable conference returns in 2017. It is designed for all pastoral leaders within schools and colleges, including deputy and assistant heads, heads of sixth form, year group leaders and SENCOs.

A strong pastoral system underpins a positive ethos in many schools and colleges. This conference will ensure that school and college leaders are aware of the latest information and best practice to enable a positive climate for learning.

ResearchSEND

 
The first event of its kind, #ResearchSEND will be a celebration of all the great work that is undertaken on behalf of SEND pupils and the staff in schools supporting them.

Leaders of national debate on good practice in SEND & Inclusion such as Rob Webster, Nancy Gedge and Professor Philip Garner, have been invited to present alongside our panel guests of Educational Strategists, Dame Alison Peacock, Sir Toby Salt and Gill Robinson, Professor Michelle Lowe and Kerry Jordan – Daus who will contribute to the debate on teachers as researchers and its practical application back in the classroom.

#ResearchSEND will be a celebration of all the fantastic work that is undertaken on behalf of SEND
